Lady Pioneer Soccer Team Ranked 20th Nationally

The Lady Pioneer Soccer team is looking forward to the upcoming 2017 season. The United Soccer Coaches have the Lady Pioneers ranked 20^th nationally. The ladies have a good mix of sophomores and freshman coming in.  With 8 wins this season Coach Kenneally will reach his 200^th career win.

Returning 9 players include Player of the Year Remi Olalere from West Ashley, SC.  Remi was tied for the lead in scoring last year.  Our third leading scorer and All Region forward Brittany Heri from Charleston, SC is back. Also back is the 4^th leading scorer from Beuafort, SC Sissy Mungin.   All Region Defenders AJ Gilmore from Cayce, SC and Stephanie Quirola from Spartanburg, SC are back as well as starting outside back Sydney Hilburn from West Ashley, SC.  Sydney Varn from Chapin, SC is returning as a holding midfielder Serena Hayes a forward from Camden, SC is also back as well as redshirt midfielder from Bluffton, SC Kaelyn Binns.

All 15 freshmen are from all over the state of South Carolina. Caroline Altman a midfielder and Alexis Arrington a defender from Spartanburg area. Defenders Bailee Benton and Ashlynn Darling defender and forward Morgan Vega are all from the Summerville area. Jennifer Byrd a goalkeeper and Abreal Farr are from Boiling Springs. Kayla Champlin a midfielder and Cailyn Marietti a forward are from the Charleston area. Adriana Garcia and Jackie Marshal are defenders from Greenville area. Kayla La Croix a defender, Brionna Mack a forward, Elizabeth McGee a midfielder and Elizabeth Temple a midfielder are all from the Columbia area.
