Mackenzie Ramsey: Freshman for Women's Soccer Writes about Day 8 of Preseason!

Our day started out like any other day. We all went and got breakfast from the cafe. Then at 12:30 we all got together and headed over to Spartanburg Urban Missions to do volunteer work. We helped with landscaping. Spartanburg Urban Missions gives back to the community. They help people who are in poverty to get fresh foods. At 5 we met in the locker room. We walked down to the field to start warming up for our friendly scrimmage. The final score of the scrimmage was 1-1. We worked well together but still have room to grow as a team.
