Women's Soccer Stays On Top

The Lady Pioneer went on the road to play USC Union. The final score was 14-0 in favor of the Lady Pioneers. 

Leading the way was forward Cailyn Marietti (Charleston, SC) with 2 goals 1 assist was forward Elizabeth McGee (Gaston, SC).  

Also scoring goals for the Pioneers was Adahi Alarcon (Piedmont, SC), forward Nathalie Stark (Boiling Springs, SC), midfielder Heather Turner, defender Jackie Marshall (Greer, SC), goalkeeper Meredith Mitchiner (Spring , TX), midfielder Evelyn Frierson (West Columbia, SC), forward Alexis Arrington (Spartanburg, SC), defender Leslie Lagos (Simpsonville, SC) and forward Anna Stewart (Graniteville, SC). 

Combining for the shut out were freshman goalkeepers Meredith Mitchiner and Issabelle Dyckes (Fort Mill, SC). 

The ladies improved to 11-2-1 overall and 8-1 in the Region. You can follow them again for their last home game of the year on Tuesday, 4pm at SMC against USC Salkahatchie.
