SOUTH PRINCE GEORGE, VA – The Richard Bland College men's soccer team moves to 6-1 overall, 6-1 in conference play after traveling to Spartanburg Methodist College Saturday afternoon.
The score remained even through 65 minutes of play. In the 66th minute, Raquan Bryant found the back of the net. This would become the game winning goal as the Statesmen brought home the 1-0 victory. Cristian Rodriguez was credited with three saves between the pipes through 90 minutes of play, earning the shutout victory.
The Richard Bland men's soccer team next hosts Harford Community College in a non conference matchup on Tuesday, September 27th at 4pm.
