Brannon Dark Signs With Erskine

SPARTANBURG, SC- Sophomore Brannon Dark has officially signed with Erskine College and will join the Flying Fleets men's basketball program for the 2015-2016 season. Dark, a 6'5 forward from Woodmont, SC, averaged 11.0 PPG and 8 RPG for the 19-11 Pioneers. He also shot 67.5% from the field, which was first in all of Region 10 and sixth nationally. Dark, a graduate of Woodmont High School,  was a 2^nd Team All Region Selection this year.

"Brannon is one of most vertically gifted athletes that I have coached," said SMC head coach Jeff Brookman. "He finishes everything around (and above) the rim and has worked hard to develop a nice mid-range jump shot as well. His ability to rebound the ball (in and out of his area) and guard multiple positions will be a great asset for Erskine. He will only continue to get better. Not only is Brannon a very good basketball player, but he is an even better person."
