Spartanburg, SC - The Men's Region X Basketball Awards were announced this week.

All- Region First Team:

• Jacque Brown  CFCC
• Trae Bryant  CFCC

Second Team All-Region: 

• Deshaw Andrews  USC Salk
• Jonathan Sanks  SMC
• Je'Quan Perry  SMC
• Chase Byrd  CCC
• DaQuan Grant  DTC
• Shawn Roibinson CCC

Player of the Year:

• Anthony Adger   SMC  
• 2^nd place is Bobby Stenborg BCC
• Both players will be submitted to National as potential All-Americans

Newcomer of the Year: 

• Jonathan Sanks  SMC

Defensive Player of the Year:   

• Kwei Lartey  SMC

Coach of the Year:
