Men's Tennis Battles Trojans in Tough Match
ANDERSON, SC. - The SMC men's tennis team competed against Anderson University this past Sunday February 19, 2017. The Trojans defeated The Pioneers by a final score of 9-0.
Coach Patlen's thoughts: Congratulations to Coach Eskridge and his team for a fine performance today. They out performed us in all phases today. I'm proud of Hufelder and Austin for how they competed in there doubles match. It's unfortunate that they could not close the match out when they had match point in the tie breaker. We will continue to work harder and improve our physical, mental and technical mind sets. We are improving and will continue to improve on how we compete when the lights are on.
