SPARTANBURG, SC- The Spartanburg Methodist College Cross Country teams competed at the USC Upstate invitational this past weekend.
The Men's team was lead by Woody Lynn with a time of 28:43. Ian Kimbrell had a season best time of 31:21.
The NJCAA 25th ranked Lady Pioneers had a good showing led by Taylor Lehman with time of 20:23 and Becky Dionisio 21:00. Kristen Clark had a season best time of 21:54
