Post-meet Thoughts

"This was a pretty tough course today and it was our first time ever running it.  On the womens side, we played it a little too soft today through the first mile." says Ken Roach.  "We had enegy in our tank through the finish which was a great sign.  It boost well for us as they continue to gain collegiate race experience."  With the men's team, "Things looked good on the front end of the race." Ken Roach continues.  "We had good performances and also had strong finishes.  Its just a matter of some of the guys trusting in their abilities.  I am very please with the race and know the direction is solid moving forward."
