SMC To Host Region X Softball Tournament this weekend
SPARTANBURG, SC., Spartanburg Methodist College will host the 2016 Region X Softball Tournament this coming weekend. Games will begin at 10:30am on Friday and run through Sunday afternoon.

#1-SMC (16-0)
#2-Louisburg (9-7)
#3-USC Sumter (8-8)
#4-Pitt Community College (6-10)
#5-USC Salkehatchie (1-15)
Game one will begin Friday at 10:30am with #4 seed Pitt CC vs #5 seed USC Salkehatchie. Game two will begin at 12:45pm with #2 seed Louisburg facing #3 seed USC Sumter. Game three will begin at 3:00pm with the winner of Pitt/USC Salk taking on #1 seed SMC.
Saturday's action will begin at 10:30am and continue with the winner's bracket game at 12:45 and a loser's bracket semi-final at 3:00pm.
Sunday will begin at 11:00am with the losers bracket final then the championship game will start at 1:15pm with the "if game" to follow.
