Rutherfordton-Spindale Central High School Standout Inks With SMC Softball

Kiersten "Brooke" Moore an infielder and catcher from RS Central High School in Rutherfordton NC has just signed her National Letter of Intent to continue her education and softball career at Spartanburg Methodist College. 

Head softball coach, Jeff Frizzell added "First and foremost, Brooke is a wonderful young lady who happens to be a very dynamic athlete.  We are very lucky to have her be a part of this program as she had multiple scholarship opportunities.  We look forward to having her on campus!"

When asked why Brooke decided to choose SMC, she added, "I chose to continue my education and softball career at SMC because I like the environment and the atmosphere of the place, and the people there.  SMC offers the curriculum that I need. Not to mention, Coach Friz seems to be an awesome coach and I can't wait to play ball as a Pioneer."
