Enka's Danielle Harris Signs LOI with SMC Softball

Danielle Harris from Enka High School (Asheville NC) has signed a National Letter of Intent to play softball for Spartanburg Methodist College and continue her education announced Head Softball Coach Jeff Frizzell, today February 1st 2017.

Danielle added, "I chose SMC because when I stepped on campus I instantly felt at home.  SMC offers the course curriculum I'm interested in.  The softball program is very strong and I am so excited to be a Pioneer on campus as a student/athlete!"

Danielle plays travel ball in the summer for the Carolina Heat and Head Coach Hugh Green in North Carolina. 

Coach Friz mentioned, "Danielle is going to add a ton of pop in our lineup, the ball seems to jump off her bat.  We look forward to being able to watch her grow as a person, athlete and student while at SMC."
