SMC Women's Basketball Wins Big at home vs. Caldwell CC
Spartanburg, SC. – The SMC Lady Pioneers played their last basketball game of the regular season last night. SMC basketball celebrated their sophomores for the last time in Bridges arena last night with a huge win over Conference opponent Caldwell Community College from Hudson North Carolina.
SMC finished conference play 5-1 and will head into the championship game of the Region X tournament as the #1 seed Saturday March 4th at 2pm in Denmark, SC.
SMC led at the half 34-18. At the end of regulation SMC came away with another victory, 65-42.
