Lady Pioneers Drop to Louisburg

The Pioneers suffered a tough loss to Louisburg College today 82-74.  After getting out to a lead in the first half, poor shooting from outside the arc plagued the ladies. Sophomore Zye Alexander battled to earn a double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds while Grace Ikenegbu pulled 10 of her own.  The Pioneers had four other players in double figures, Jaidah Liebert and Layla Wall both had 12, Yasmine Cook had 11 and Jadien Haynes had 13.

The Pioneers will go on the road Thursday to Central Georgia Tech College for a 6:00 pm tip-off.
