ALLENDALE, SC- The Lady Pioneers(6-1) traveled to Allendale, SC to take on Region-X foe, USC-Salkahatchie. SMC led 3-0 at halftime and went on to win 5-0.

Kacee Merritt (Cayce, SC) started the scoring at the five minute mark. Kayla Walker (Lexington,SC) scored the next two goals at the 14th and 33rd minute. Kayla McMillian (Spartanburg, SC) scored two minutes into the second half. Marcella Damas (Brazil) finished the scoring at the 67 minute. Sara Dorsett (Travelers Rest) had three assists. Lexi Garcia (Greenville, SC) had two assists.

 

SMC will travel to Martinsville, VA this coming weekend and take on CCBC-Catonsville on Saturday and Frederick Community College on Sunday.
