20th ranked Lady Pioneers win ninth in a row

SPARTANBURG, SC- The 20th ranked Lady Pioneers played Brevard College Reserves at the Upward Sports Complex facility in Spartanburg this afternoon.

Trailing 1-0 at half time the Lady Pioneers came out strong in the second half to win 4-2. Madison Salters (Columbia, SC) scored at the 63rd minute to tie the score the goal was assisted by Kayla Walker (Lexington, SC). Sara Dorsett (Travelers Rest, SC) scored the next two goals three minutes apart at the 73rd and 76th minute. Both of Sara's goals were assisted by Lexi Garcis (Greenville, SC). Brevard scored at the 87th minute making the score 3-2. Ciera Smith (Columbia, SC) scored in the 89th minute to put the game away. Khahila Hargrove (Anderson, SC) had the assist.

The Lady Pioneers have now won nine games in a row and improve to 13-1 overall on the season.
