Lady Pioneers Soccer Wins Semi Finals

The Lady Pioneers took on Patrick Henry CC in the semi finals of the Region X Tournament. The final score was SMC 5-0.   Freshman midfielder Morgan Vega from Summerville, SC led the way with 3 goals in the 6th, 18th and 49th minutes. Sophomore midfielder Remi Olalere  from Ladsen, SC scored in the 27th minute. Freshman forward Brionna Mack from Swansee, SC scored in the 35th minute. Freshman forward Elizabeth McGee from Cayce, SC had 2 assist on two great crosses. Freshman forward Cailyn Marietti from West Ashley, SC played well and added an assist. The last assist was from Sophomore forward Brittany Heri from Summerville, SC.  The shutout was the 8th straight for the Lady Pioneers.
