SPARTANBURG, SC- The Lady Pioneer Volleyball team battled the Louisburg Hurricanes on Friday night. Louisburg took game one 25-21, SMC fought back to take games two and three 25-14 and 25-17, the Hurricanes evened the match at two by taking the fourth set 25-23. SMC controlled the final set winning 15-11 in front of a very loud home crowd.
The Lady Pioneers will return to the court on Tuesday for Sophomore night against Catawba Valley Community College.
