Spartanburg, SC - Men's basketball defeats Spartanburg Methodist 98-86!
The Sea Devils earned a huge conference win on the road! They were able to put together two full halves to come out on top of today's game. We saw four players in double figures: Dakari Johnson led with 31 points, Talton Jones had 20 points, Trayvon Ferrell scored 17 points, and TJ NeSmith had 12 points!
Coach Mark Lane says "Big win on the road against a tough opponent, Talked to our guys about being tough and they proved that tonight. Nice to see Tray back to his old self. Need to continue the run tomorrow at Caldwell".
They are now 14-5 on the season and 2-1 in conference play.
Their next game is scheduled for Saturday, January 25th as they take on Caldwell Community College & Technical Institute. Tip-off is set for 3:00 p.m. in Hudson, NC.
