Salk Falls to the Pioneers

The Pioneers captured win number seventeen Friday night in Bridges Arena with a 94-55 win over USC Salkehatchie.  Assists were the name of the game as the ladies served up 31 assists on the night. Layla Wall led all scorers with 22 and threw in nine assists of her own and seven rebounds.  Jaidah Liebert finished the night with 20, while Yasmine Cook had 18 and Destiny Middleton had 12.  Grace Ikenegbu was tough on the boards pulling down nine. This win moves the Pioneers to 17-3 on the year.  They play again at home next Saturday at 1:00.
