Majcina and Nelson Compete at Converse Spring Invite

Spartanburg, SC - The SMC Women's golf team was greeted with warm weather the first day of the Converse College Spring Invite. Followed by cold and rainy conditions for the 2^nd day. Freshman Amelia Majcina fires rounds of 99-104 = 203 to finish 49^th at the Converse Spring Invite.  Fellow freshman, Bailee Nelson fired 113-120 = 233 to finish 55^th. Women's golf will return to action at the Sandhills Spring Tournament in Pinehurst, NC on March 10^th-11^th.
