Pioneers Compete in the Hub-City Invitational

The Pioneers stayed local this Friday for the Hub-City Invitational hosted by Newberry College. “Still a lot to work on these next few weeks of the season. Looking forward to a nice taper in training and better weather to produce some faster times in the weeks to come!”

Men’s Notable Performances:

• Garet Morgan ran a personal best 56.44 in the 400m.
• Kai’Letri Hunter sprinted 11.47 100m into a gusting headwind.

Women’s Notable Performances:

• Madison Chesney ran her 1500m race in 5:18.79, another season-best and closing in on her PR.
• Mikayla hit PR times in the 1500m, 6:00.65, and the 800m, 2:59.31.

The Pioneers will be racing at the Electric City Invite, hosted by Anderson University, this Saturday (4/16).
