Things were good for the men's team at the first two mile marker and stayed that way throughout the race. Glen Daniels and Kelvin Rosemond put in a solid performance to secure the victory. Overall all, several of the men's team set an individual PR.
On the women's side, Heidi McNeil gave the Lady Pioneers a third place finish with a time of 21.02. With a couple of members hurt, the women were not able to post a team score.
