Americus, GA – The Pioneers fell to the lady Jets of South Georgia Tech on Saturday to secure a place in the National Tournament in Lubbock Texas. The Jets broke away from SMC in the second and fourth quarter scoring 31 and 38 while the Pioneers were held under 16 throughout the game. Ta'Keria Legette led SMC with 13 Points and 5 rebounds followed by Jayla Hopkins with 11 Points.
