Women's Soccer Take a 12-0 Win Over USC Lancaster

The Lady Pioneers rebounded from a tough loss earlier in the week and beat USC Lancaster 12-0. 

SMC was led by freshman midfielder, Amiyah Robinson (Walterboro, SC) who had a big day with 3 goals and 2 assists. Sophomore forward, Nathalie Stark (Boiling Springs, SC) helped out with her 2 goals and 1 assist.

Freshman forward, Campbell Gibson (Summerville, SC) and freshman midfielder, Madison Stewart (Florence, SC) also scored 2 goals each. Beyoncé Williams (Greenville, SC) and Dani Morris also contributed a goal each. Anna Grace Cooper (Gaffney, SC), freshman midfielder had a great day as she scored her first collegiate goal.

Freshman midfielder Angelica Gonzales (Spartanburg, SC) had 3 assists. Jamilet Orozco, Kassandra Young, Abigail Gibson, and Beyonce Williams helped out with assists on the high scoring game.

The Lady Pioneers had a great day on the field and hope to have another one on Saturday, September 14th as they host Cape Fear at home at 12:30 pm.
