Hailey Gass is in her first year as the academic advisor for Spartanburg Methodist College athletics. Gass manages advising and supports responsibilities for student-athletes while contributing to academic instruction.

She holds a Master of Arts in Sport Management from Wingate University, bringing a strong foundation in athletic administration, compliance, and event operations. Her experience includes conference-level leadership with Conference Carolinas, where she contributed to championship operations and organizational initiatives.

Passionate about student development and career readiness, she regularly engages in event management, academic advising, and leadership programming, ensuring student-athletes are prepared for success in sports, academics, and future careers.
