Strickland Leads Team at The Scotch Invitational

Women’s Golf had their third tournament of the fall at The Scotch Invitational hosted by St. Andrews University. The tournament was held at Scotch Meadows Country Club in Laurinburg, NC. The Pioneers finished 3^rd shooting 346 on day one and 343 on day two for a two-day total of 689. The team was led by Junior Taylor Strickland and Freshman Joy Outhous. Strickland who shot 83, 76 finished in 5^th place and was named to the all-tournament team. Joy Outhous shot 77, 86 to finish in 9^th. The team will conclude their fall season October 16^th-18^th where they will play in the Roan St. Invitational in Oakridge, TN.
