Tournament Recap for Converse University Spring Invitational
The Pioneers played as individuals in the 36-hole event at Carolina Country Club in Spartanburg, SC this week. The field was full of talent from local NCAA Division II teams. Freshman Lindsey Greene led the way for the Pioneers with an overall score of 176. Greene was able to battle the cold elements the final round and even made three birdies on the front nine. This final round performance resulted in a 47th place finish. The Pioneers will continue their regular season play next week (March 20-21) at Link Hills CC in Greeneville, TN.
