Lady Pioneers rout Chattahoochee Tech 99-59

SPARTANBURG, SC., The Lady Pioneers showed no signs of rust from the Thanksgiving holiday as they exploded for a 99-59 win over Chattahoochee Tech Monday night in Bridges Arena. SMC (6-4) built a 24-2 lead after the first quarter and never looked back as they cruised to their fourth win in their last five games.  

Americal Jenkins paced the Pioneers with 15 points on 6-9 fg from the floor and pulled down 15 rebounds. Briana Hill also added 15 points and four rebounds. 14 Lady Pioneers scored in the contest.

SMC shot 8-15 from behind the arc and 14-25 from the free throw line.

The Lady Pioneers will return to Bridges Arena on Friday as they host Brunswick Community College at 5:30pm.
