
SMC Beach Volleyball Loses 3-2 to Division III Salem College
Laurinburg, N.C. – The Spartanburg Methodist College beach volleyball team dropped a 3-2 decision to NCAA Division III, Salem College on Saturday in its final match of the SAU Invitational.
The tightly contested match saw its No. 1 pair of Hana Vucinic and Brantlie Price as well as the duo at No. 5 Brook Noe and Bailey Beck record their second wins of the weekend.
SMC nearly had a victory at the No. 5 flight when Tristan Craine and Arielle Deas lost a 21-12, 19-21, 16-14 decision.
Next, SMC will travel to the TMU Invitational hosted by Truett McConnell University in Cleveland, Georgia for three Sun Conference matches. First, SMC will face Webber International on Thursday, Feb. 27 at 8 a.m.
