Lady Pioneers begin season ranked 18th by NSCAA
SPARTANBURG, SC., The 2016 Lady Pioneer Soccer program will begin the season as the #18 ranked team in the country. Coming off their first ever trip to the NJCAA National Championship, the Pioneers look to return to the National Tournament for the second consecutive year.
The Lady Pioneers return nine players from last years squad. Head Coach Dan Kenneally enters his 21st season at Spartanburg Methodist College and begins the year with a 177-117-24 record with the women's team.
SMC will open the season on August 13th in a pre-season scrimmage against Columbia College.
