Women's Basketball hammers Clinton Community College

Rock Hill, SC. - The lady Pioneers went out in style with their last regular season road game.  All fourteen of the Pioneers contributed in scoring to the 91-51 victory over the Clinton College Golden Bears. SMC took a slow start and went into the half only up by seven points with six Pioneers on the score board.  During the second half the Pioneers put on a scoring exhibition, which contributed to 58 second half points.  

SMC Game Leaders: 

• Americal Jenkins led all scorers with 24 pts, 19 rebounds.
• Keyotta Garris- 18 pts, 6 rebounds
• Deja Marshall- 13 pts, 6 Rebounds
• Ashley Williams, Kyah Hawkins – 7 pts each
• Cierra Mazyck, Metryes Geter, Modesty Fobbs- 4 pts each
• Kyerra Adderton, Monique Stevenson, Fatima Sims, Termira Bonner, and Julia Mayes- 2 pts each. 

Up Next: 

• The Lady Pioneers will face Caldwell CC for their last regular season game tonight at 7pm in Bridges Arena.
• The Region 10 Conference tournament will be held at Denmark Tech March 3^rd, 4^th.  The Pioneers clinched first place and will advance to the Tournament championship game Saturday March 4^th at 2pm.
