Lady Pioneers sharp after week off

Lady Pioneers sharp after week off

After a week layoff the Lady Pioneers took on USC- Salkehatchie at home Tuesday afternoon. 

Kacee Merritt (Columbia, SC) scored the first two goals of the game. The first goal was assisted by Caroline Keener( North Myrtle Beach, SC) at the 13 minute mark of the game.  The next goal was scored at the 58th minute assisted by Courtney Tutterow(Boiling Springs, SC) on a corner kick.  The third goal of the match was unassisted at 67th minute by Marcela Damas (Sao Paulo, Brazil).  The fourth goal of the match was scored in the 89th minute by Katie Sudol (Lewisviile, SC) and assisted by Morgan Towery (Cowpens, SC) . 

 Justine Rhame (Greer, SC) had the shutout with 6 saves.  The final score was 4-0 improving the Lady Pioneer's record to 8-2.
