WALTERBORO, SC., SMC MEn's Basketball coolected their eleventh win in a row with a 69-64 road win over USC Salkehatchie on Wednesday evening. The Pioneers improve to 2-0 in Region X play and 17-3 overall.
JeQuan Perry lead SMC with 15 points while Tre' Smith- 13, TJ Sheppard-12, and Malik Gaffney-10 each scored double figures.
SMC led 32-29 at the half and held off the host Indians to secure the win.
The Pioneers will return to Region X action on Saturday as they travel to Denmark Tech.
