Bio

Jaimee has been at Spartanburg Methodist since 2017. She is a certified athletic trainer (ATC) and South Carolina state-certified athletic trainer (SCAT). Additionally, she is a National academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Specialist.

Jaimee serves as a faculty member, committee member, and mentor for the Spartanburg Regional Sports Medicine Institute Athletic Training Residency Program. In this role, she assists in the development and course instruction of the program, as well as mentoring Athletic Training Residents within the program and serving at SMC.

Jaimee has assisted in the development of SMC’s Sports Medicine Handbook, including the Environmental Safety Policies and Procedures and Emergency Action Plans for all home athletic venues, COVID19 and Athletics Protocol.

At SMC, Jaimee provides care to the women’s soccer team, baseball team, and both men’s and women’s cross country/track and field teams. Her professional interests include manual therapy, nutrition, and sports performance. She is a member of the South Carolina Athletic Trainers’ Association (SCATA) and the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA).

Jaimee is originally from South Charleston, WV. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Charleston in 2014. Jaimee then worked as a Certified Graduate Assistant at South Harrison High School while obtaining her Post-Professional Master's of Science in Athletic Training at West Virginia Wesleyan College. Jaimee currently resides in Spartanburg with her husband Jeremy and their daughter.
