SMC Men's Golf Takes Sixth at Trailblazer Spring Invitational

SPARTANBURG, S.C. - Lane Carr tied for 12th, leading the SMC men's golf team to a sixth-place finish at the Trailblazer Spring Invitational on Tuesday. Carr shot a 36-hole total of 156 (+12, 79-77) with three birdies.

Also for SMC, A.J. Bolin shared 22nd place with a 160 (79-81), Bryson Paris tied for 34th with a 165 (+21, 83-82), and Andrew Walker shared 39th with a 166 (+22, 83-83). Parker Harrigan shot a 170 (82-88) to finish 45th.

Among individuals, David Harrigan tied for 46th with a 170 (+26, 82-88), while Tripp Darwin placed 51st with a 179 (+35, 84-95).

Palm Beach Atlantic claimed the team title by 18 strokes with a 601 (+25, 299-302). The Sailfish were led by individual winner Justus Verge, who won by eight strokes with a 139 (-5, 70-69).
