Lady Pioneers sweep Louisburg College
SPARTANBURG, SC- The Lady Pioneers (10-1) won at home Saturday afternnon 3-1 over Louisburg College. Sara Dorsett (Travelers Rest, SC) open the scoring with an unassisted goal at the nine minute mark. Louisburg equalized a minute later. SMC took a 2-1 lead at the 28 minute mark when Kayla McMillian (Spartanburg, SC) scored on a goal assisted by Sara Dorsett. The Lady Pioneers came out strong in the second half and scored on a 30 yard shot from Kayla Walker (Lexington, SC).
The Lady Pioneers out shot Louisburg 28-6.
