Kyla Quiles Named CAC Softball Pitcher of the Week

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Spartanburg Methodist College junior softball pitcher Kyla Quiles was named the Continental Athletic Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week on Monday. Quiles has opened the season with a 3-1 record through seven appearances in the pitching circle for the Pioneers. The Mount Airy, Georgia native has compiled a 1.83 earned run average across 30.2 innings and had two complete games. Quiles had 25 strikeouts and a 0.87 WHIP for the opening weekend.
