Bryan Bayonne Named CAC Men's Basketball Defensive Player of the Week
SPARTANBURG, S.C. - Spartanburg Methodist College senior men's basketball guard Bryan Bayonne was named the Continental Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week on Monday. Bayonne has averaged 5.8 rebounds per game, with eight rebounds in contests against Reinhardt University (Georgia) on October 29 and CAC opponent Carolina University (North Carolina) on November 15. The guard from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, also has averaged 1.7 steals per game for the Pioneers.
